Golden State Silver ships merchandise within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
All Domestic orders include Free Standard Shipping. Expedited Shipping services are offered for an additional charge.
All domestic shipments include tracking. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, which will include the tracking number for the package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the carrier's system.
Golden State Silver ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and most other international locations, excluding: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Congo (Democratic Republic of), Congo (Republic of), Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Paraguay, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, and Venezuela.
All international shipping costs are calculated based on destination. All international shipments will be insured, which will be included in your total cost of product(s) plus shipping and handling charges.

Merchandise purchased from this Website may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in the condition in which it was originally sold. Buyers wishing to make a return must first submit a request, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, in order to initiate the return process. Any refunds will be given after returned merchandise is received, and inspected, by Golden State Silver. Refunds may take up to two (2) weeks to issue. Golden State Silver reserves the right to refuse any refund based on any evidence of use, or misuse, of returned merchandise.
Exceptions: There are no returns on any used product, or Custom Orders, unless otherwise approved by Golden State Silver.
